PayPal fee question

I'm returning an item to an ebay seller and they've said they will arrange a collection for a fee of £30, this was in the description when I purchased the item and I'm happy with that.
They've said to PayPal them the money and then they will arrange it.
Does anyone know how much a goods and services fee would be for £30? Or is it dependent on variables?

I'd rather do it this way and cover the fee.
I assumed they'd deduct 30 off of my refund rather than me pay upfront.

Sounds dodgy! If you send them an extra £30, do you really think they'll arrange a collection?

It'll be £1.17 fee on top of the £30. You can Google PayPal fee calculator

That's why you pay goods and services.

I have no reason to doubt them, lots of positive reviews, the item I ordered came when it was supposed to etc.
This is why I want to do goods and services though, just to cover my own arse. He hasn't mentioned doing friends and family just said PayPal but I thought I'd cover the fee for him.

It's a bed in 2 heavy, large boxes and I wouldn't know where to start with arranging a collection and as I've just changed my mind, the fee is on me.

Thanks all
