I am 32 years old. My husband and I have 2 children already there was no issues conceiving or during either pregnancies. Boys are now 8 and 6. Earlier this year we had a missed miscarriage only finding out at our 12 week scan. We were devastated. We found out we were pregnant in September. Had an early scan at 8weeks pregnant due to spotting baby had a heartbeat answered to be growing well. Last night I went to the toilet after wiping I noticed light pink spotting. My heart sunk this is the same time I noticed spotting in my last pregnancy which ended in the miscarriage. Called emergency gp who said to keep an eye on it until morning. The spotting hasn't stopped, gotten slightly darker. Feel like I need to go for a poo, pressure down below and in lower abdomen but scared to try and go incase I get more heavier bleeding. Anyone had these symptoms before
