I’m a slow chopper and batch cook - need to speed up the process. I want to be able to peel and roughly chop carrots, onions, celery and chuck them in something that’s going to chop them fairly fine. Fairly large quantities (3 big onions, 4 big carrots, 4 sticks celery). What do you use?

I use a mini chopper - I would have to fill twice with those quantities but it’s still quicker

I just got a mini kenwood chopper, had to fill it six times and it puréed but left big lumps Hmm. You must have a better one

That looks good. How much can you fit in?

I got mine from Lidl, it was £10 and it's about 9 years old and still going strong.

Mine would take 1 onion, 1 carrot but separately

FrenchBoule · 22/11/2021 10:24

Lidl still might have some £12.
I bought one in anticipation of my Braun packing in but it’s still going.

@Brusca

I've got this, it's very good and easy to clean:

Hmm I think I need something that chops more finely for my fussy DC Hmm
