I've struggled with emetophobia for longer than I want to remember. My anxiety is through the roof at the moment and I'm utterly fed up with it. I'm so desperate not to be worrying daily and changing behaviour (and lecturing the kids about handwashing before they go to school every morning). I'm exhausted.
Googling for ways to deal with it and have stumbled across the Thrive Program. It seems to be 'endorsed' by (or at least featured on) lots of places such as the BBC.
