Emetophobes - anyone experience of Thrive Program?

I've struggled with emetophobia for longer than I want to remember. My anxiety is through the roof at the moment and I'm utterly fed up with it. I'm so desperate not to be worrying daily and changing behaviour (and lecturing the kids about handwashing before they go to school every morning). I'm exhausted.

Googling for ways to deal with it and have stumbled across the Thrive Program. It seems to be 'endorsed' by (or at least featured on) lots of places such as the BBC.

Wondered if anyone has any experience of them - good, bad or meh? Or have overcome their emetophobia any other way?

I worked through the Thrive booklet with a teenager I was supporting. It’s similar to CBT and quite in depth but you really have to put the work in to overcome the thoughts. For her it didn’t help much as she wasn’t able to complete the tasks, but I think it was worth a shot. I’m emetophobic too - she had the teenager version otherwise I would have tried it myself. Never got round to doing it as I mostly just avoid people as much as possible. It’s exhausting, I sympathise Flowers

Yeah, I have got rather good at avoiding anything 'risky' but it seems to be making my anxiety worse not better as I can't avoid everything all of the time. So many times I should have been relaxing and enjoying myself, but instead I'm always on alert.

I'm tempted to try the Thrive program, I just don't want to waste my time and money if it's not going to make a huge difference.
