Hello! My family and I are planning to move to York, but we’ve only been there once (planning on going again next month) and I am nervous about renting v buying especially when it comes to finding a good Catholic primary. I only really know of St George’s and know there are a few others. Which is the best Catholic primary school? I’m nervous about buying somewhere right away but conversely nervous about renting then possibly having to pull my dd out of school where we are renting and putting her in another one where we buy as we will already be doing that for this move. It also seems like there is only one Catholic secondary. Are there areas we should avoid that make for a horrid commute to the Catholic secondary? We are looking at Acomb, fulford, heworth. Are there other areas we should consider thst are close to a good Catholic primary? Thanks so much!
