In very difficult circumstances I went for my Covid booster this week and had a complete emotional breakdown. The staff were very understanding and patient and really looked after me. I would like to thank 2 of them in particular but only know their first names (I am also a HCP and know that written thank yous are great for revalidation and it is always very nice to know you were appreciated) but have no idea who to contact. If they worked in a hospital, I would contact PALS, but who is in charge of vaccine centres? To add to the difficulty, I think they said Friday was the last day they would be at that venue. Is this going to be possible?
