Yodel say they’ve delivered my parcel and there’s no sign of it

Arghh.

To get anywhere on their online service, I need a tracking number, and I wasn’t provided with this.

Does anyone know what I can do?

Contact the retailer as they have the contract with Nodel, oops I mean Yodel.

Contact the sender and say it hasn’t been delivered, they should have a tracking number
