What are your plans for Christmas days out/holidays?

NT trail with friends (find Santa type thing)
Local family run farm Xmas thing
4 nights in Copenhagen but I’m getting nervous about that. Just been reading (RCOG/JCVI) that vaccine wears off ish at 6 months, I will be 6 months from second dose in Dec (I’m pregnant so it is concerning me).

Really happy about this year .

Ice skating - two of my dc are coming
The Nutcracker - ditto but a different combo of dc
Harry Potter World - youngest dd is coming
Kew Gardens light show - all three dc are coming

Two of those outings are gifts, the other two I’ve paid for (and am now skint!).

Backyard cinema x2
Selfridges Christmas market
Ice skating at Somerset House
Christmas dinner cooked by a chef from yhangry with my friends
Work Christmas parties
Hosting a Christmas drinks and nibbles party
2 nights away at a ridiculously expensive hotel just for DP and I over New Year

There is a thread about this in the Christmas chat, I’m not telling you to this to make you think I’m saying ‘piss off’ but because there were pages of people naming loads of different places, most of which I hadn’t heard of! Some of it may be local to you too.
In answer to your question though, I've booked a slot to choose and collect our Christmas tree and that’s it

Theme park with Christmas theming and grotto

Local pantomime

Santas Grotto
Local Zoo Xmas Light Experience Thingy

We have a few traditions that include

Local NT property all decked out in Victorian Christmas decor with reindeer carriage rides and lit up garden
Local RHS garden lit up
Local folk festival on Boxing Day

Also have tickets for a comedy and tickets for a comic opera
And tickets for the lights at Kew Gardens.

DC are grown up now. In the past we'd also have done Santa visit at local miniature railway, panto or circus, reindeer encounter at local farm etc.
