I received a small package this morning which contains a litttle red case and inside is a pair of wooden discs which are held together with a screw and they turn. Also in the case was a small box with 5 razor blades.
This is not something I’ve ordered and I don’t recognise the company name. When I google the company name there is no way of contacting anyone. I don’t know whether this is something I’ve ordered off amazon and the wrong item has arrived or it’s something more odd.
I’ve tried to attach a photo.

Could it be for drying/pressing flowers?

It could be a fraudster using Amazon for a scam.
I recently ordered a high value item from amazon (think something electrical/technical) and got sent something worth pence. The seller creams off the difference between the value of the 2 items.
I raised a complaint through Amazon, citing the fact I thought it was a fraud and got my money back.
