How big? If was me I’d make myself sick to see if comes up rather than wait worry do nothing or spend evening in A&E for them to say wait if it passes or causes any issues. I’m sure others be along to say ring ambulance!

I wouldn’t do that as it could tear your throat on it’s way back up or even worse get stuck!
