Ugg boot sizing

Do I go up/down a size or select my usual size?

I found some of them ( the solid sole types with zips not the pull on things) to be a bit short and a bit wide. I normally wear a 4/ 4.5 in shoes and bought a 5. / 38

I'm a 6 and have 5 pairs all in 6, they start off very snug but do give

Going by my mum's experience, order all of them and then send them back as they don't fit.

They do have rather dubious sizing jokes aside, though the ones that did fit, are half a size bigger than her normal size.

If it's the pull on ones, go up.
If it's a shoe or zip/lace up, they are pretty true to size.

I am a 7 in normal shoes but a 6 in UGGs because they do give quite a lot. They can be a bit of a struggle to pull on to start with but the fit is great,

The sheepskin is quite full when they’re new, so they can feel quite tight at first and make you wonder whether you should have gone up a size, but when they’re worn in, they are incredibly cosy and comfortable.
