Coffee Machine help - I am clueless!

My DP had the Ninja Coffee hot and cold coffee machine which he loved but is sadly no more and has been discontinued.

I don't drink hot drinks, so am utterly confused, but what would you recommend I replaced it with if he loved the above machine?

Thank you so much for any help you can offer me as I am clueless!

What price range are you looking for? I don't know that machine but do know about coffee machines.

I am pretty much open to any price at this point! Realistically I’d like to keep it under £200, but if I can’t get him something decent for that then I would up my budget - I literally have no idea what the price point for a machine should be, Google throws up so many options!

What have you come up with on Google that you've considered? Having looked at your husband's old machine, I'd avoid any pod machine such as Nespresso, Tassimo etc. Sage are a good make (they are also breville).

We've just had this. Can use beans or ground coffee, and doesn't take up too much space if only one of you has hot drinks. here

Would this one be any good do you think? I was steering away from the pof coffees as that doesn't seem to appeal to him (i have no idea what the difference is mind!)

Out of those 2 I'd get the John Lewis one

What about an Aeropress plus electric bean grinder? We don't bother much with our Delonghi since we got the Aeropress and they are really good value in comparison with most machines.

Would you recommend any others I look at? Am I on the right tracks?!

Ooh thank you, I will go have a look now :)

It may have been the one we bought, but the electric bean grinder was a real faff. The machine I linked to above does both beans and ground coffee for about a hundred quid.
