Any Excel experts around??

I am pretty good with Excel but my brain just can’t conjure up a way of doing this.

I have a big spreadsheet. It’s an export from another system and I want to highlight all fields in column D that are NOT equal to the corresponding field in column B.

I’m pretty sure it’s a Conditional Formatting thing but can’t get me head round the formula Confused

Any help gratefully received Smile

Second option in CF...Format only cells that contain. Chose less than and then pick the reference cell.

Sorry...not equal to

If you click on the New Formatting Rule, then on the drop down for "greater than" you'll see "not equal to".
