What do your mornings look like if you WFH with older kids?

I went into the office today and it was an eye opener. Had to get up at 5-30, but was showered and dressed by 6 which is when the teens got up, showered and dressed and I left at 6-30.

When I wfh, which is most days, I get up just before 6, go downstairs for a cup of tea but teens up at 6, showed/dressed etc then elder teen up at 6-45, DH up at 7, then kids leave from 7-15/7-45 and suddenly it's gone 8 when I'm meant to start working and I'm still in my PJs. I feel all slobby and horrid, but once kids are up there not enough time to get in the shower as they're in and out the bathroom.

We only have one bathroom, how do you manage? Should I get up at 5-30 during the week just so I can be fine before the kids? Means I could have some Bible/quiet time getting mind straight for the day I guess . .

I am sorry if this sounds silly, I just can't approach this logically

Get up at usual time and put on exercise clothes - go out for a walk / run / online video at 8 home for 830 quick shower and work by 9 - and if you don't do the exercise your colleagues will think you do:)

Or just head to the shower at 8 once they've gone and start your day at 830 but with a calm
Clear head as you've not had to rush and it's quite lovely

Or shower the night before and just pop on work clothes; face wash teeth clean at 745 once you can get near the bathroom and work at 8?

My teens shower in the evenings. My alarm goes off at 6.10, I wake the DCs at 6.30. They leave for school at 7.30 and I log on and start work then. One hour is enough for 3 of us to get ready for the day. Means I can finish work when they get home from school. DP leaves for work about the same time I get up.

Up at 6.15, shower then downstairs for a cuppa and make packed lunches.
I'm in the (home) office from 7.45 to logon before meetings start at 8am
DS1 in the shower at 6.45, leaves at 7.30
DS2 up at 7.45, leaves at 8.25
