Wait you've won £500? Or you've never won?

Do you pay to enter these completions OP? The itv ones are usually £2 a pop aren’t they?

If you like entering comps, there are lots of free sites which give a daily run down of all competitions that are free to enter

Does anyone actually know anyone who has won anything?

Really hope you're not paying for all those entries.
It's hard to be sure but those big competitions seem to get over 1 million entries each, so you've probably got better odds of winning the lottery. It's a harmless bit of fun if you can afford it but don't get too involved!

And as others have said, look for free entry comps, there are loads and they generally have much better odds. I've won quite a few of those over the years - a couple of holidays, various cash and vouchers (top one was £1000 cash) and a mixture of other bits and pieces. The forum on moneysavingexpert was my starting point.
