Ocado - mistakes on receipts almost every week

I have a regular delivery and have now got to the stage of writing down what goods I've bought at what reduction as they often aren't given.

I regularly buy some red wines when they are reduced - and I know that if you have them in your "regular" lists it doesn't give the correct price always - so I remove them and add them again with the discount.

I've just had to request nearly £10 back as they didn't honour their reductions!

Anyone else having issues?

I noticed that when I book my delivery slot for say £2.99, it will then come up on the bill as £3.99? Keep meaning to ring them and query this but just cant be bothered! 😄

@Powerpotpie you can just email them and they'll refund you. Better in your pocket than theirs.

They do send the refunds immediately but it's something that is a chore to be doing probably every second week when they "omit" to give me the reduced price.

I only get charged the offer price. I print out the emailed receipt and check it against what I ordered - not managed to catch them in a mistake yet. Did get more back for returning bags than I deserved - gave back 10 backs and got £1.50 for 15 bags .... I'll tell whoever comes with the next delivery about it and he can sort it out.
