Who would you contact regarding a fake visitor visa?

I don't think I worded that right but if someone was deliberately coming to the UK on a visitor visa and intended to work...that's breaking the law..who would you contact? They've not come yet but are applying so that they can stay and live here permanently...

Report it here and it will be passed on to the relevant unit www.gov.uk/report-immigration-crime

If they haven’t come yet then no crime has occurred. You need to contact the Foreign Office embassy/consulate in the country that they live in so that the visa can be revoked.
