Moving back to UK - what do I need to do?

Hello, moving back to uk end of January. I’ve been abroad with DH and 2 DCs for 7 years. After finding a job and rental who do I need to tell I’m home? System is very different where I’m moving from.

Council to register for council tax and go on electoral roll, gp, dentist, apply to LA for school, claim child benefit
