MN in British Columbia?

Any other MNers out here? How are you holding up with the weather?
We have had power flicker, but stay on, lots of local street flooding, and won't be heading up to Nanaimo today, that's for sure!

I'm in Calgary but obviously am seeing it on the news. It's crazy; really scary stuff. I hope you and any other MN'ers in B.C. stay safe.

Thank you, it is quite shocking seeing videos of all the washouts, landslides and flooding

fine in kamloops, but having lived 30 years in kitimat this drizzle is nothing i can't handle.
when we built the house (on top of a hill) we had it double plumbed and included a french drain. told the builder we wanted to be ready for the second coming of noah.

I've spent quite a bit of time in Nanaimo as I have relatives there. Your post made me miss Vancouver Island @seafog.
