Anyone have experience in booking a coach

I'm trying to book a coach for 77 people. How do I get a good price. It's worked out to be £8 per person but that's quite pricey for whole families coming on the trip.

Do you work in a school or anywhere you book transport how do you get a good price.

Call around and compare prices. Ask for recommendations.
They're never cheap, usually adds circa £400 to the cost of a trip for my brownies.

We own a coach company. I’d recommend ringing round for prices. However, the reason the prices are high is because the industry is failing at the moment with lack of drivers so they need paying over the normal wages pre covid. Insurance is expensive too, that includes a separate passenger insurance. Make sure the company are legit eg they have all the relevant paper work in regards to insurance. Ask them to email you copies of these. We do discounts for groups who book their trips for the year with us.
