What is this rash on inner thighs?

I've only just seen it, it's on both my inner thighs. What could it be? I'm a bit worried

Rubbing together?

Chafing? You don't have to be overweight to get chub rub, damp, sweaty or rough clothes, friction etc will do it even for slim people!

Sudocream helps sooth it, and talc helps prevent it

It's like blood vessels to the surface, must put the cookies down I think 😳

Looks a bit like sweat rash. My DS gets this because he has very muscly thighs that rub together.

He slathers it in SudoCrem before bed and wears a pair of shorts.

It plays havoc with the bed sheets but it does the trick
