Talk to me about Diptyque candles please!

I fancy a Christmas splurge!

I have been looking at their wintry scents and can’t decide (nor stretch to more than one…) How woody is Feu de Bois? Would Sapin be a better choice? Or even Oud?

I constantly use the St Eval ones, Bay & Rosemary the most. I love it and the scent is fabulous, but I fancy a change.

Most importantly, are Diptyque worth the money? I live in a Victorian house with very high ceilings so would need the candle to be fairly powerful to justify the price!

I love Feu de Bois, it’s my Christmas treat.

I have both Oud and Feu de bois. They are totally worth the money! They smell delicious and they are powerful!

They are lovely. And Feu de Bois is the loveliest. Not just the amazing smell it give off when burned, but the delicious little wafts you get when you walk past.

Has anyone tried the new scents out for Christmas yet? I like the look of the Flocon jar, but haven't been able to sniff in person yet.

To those who love Feu de Bois, how would you describe it..?

It smells just like woodsmoke
I really love it. The Pomander one is also nice but not sure they still do it

I’d describe Feu de Bois as like woodsmoke too, but in the best way.
