Ive just been to high court with a very aggressive controlling ex to sort out the financial side of our divorce and now he has started be very aggressive and controlling with regard to access to our kids. I have always said I will never stop him seeing them- the currently live with me in the FMH which the police have made him move out of - they are 9 and 13 so I am so careful about their welfare, happiness and health. He demands to see them a short notice - normally late in the evening after they have had a busy school day/ sports activities and they are exhausted - then he sulks for days and then turns up at the door expecting to see them. I am exhausted trying to say to him he can see them as long as he communicates and plans through me - which he refuses to do, Any advice - I have no money to go to court - anyone help me as I am no drained ?

Can you call the police if he turns up and acts aggressively?

Is there any regulated contact in place currently?

Would it make sense to offer him regular contact (maybe in a letter or email) at times that suit and ignore him if he shows up at other times?
