Are these even allowed? Pay £1, 60 numbers, prize is £25 but no mention of where the rest goes . No mention of National Lottery or charity....I suspect it’s MLM related, is that a thing they do?

Lots of people just do them with no link to a charity etc, no they are not allowed and you are a fool if you get involved.

I’m definitely not partaking, I’ve seen about 5 in the last week so was wondering. Bloody MLMs , so do they just pocket the profit? Sorry if that’s a daft question!
