Board games for three...

Does anyone have a recommendation of a good board game for three adults? We have trivial pursuit, monopoly etc and love question games. Any recommendations please?

Azul and Splendour. Not so well known but great games.

I’m fond of Bananagrams, although I know it’s not very sophisticated.

Power grid - a bit complicated to learn but a great game, our favourite.

Pandemic - cooperative game, good fun

Ticket to ride - easy to pick up

Carcassonne - fairly easy to pick up, scoring initially complicated but easy after a go or 2

Small world - good fun

Suburbia - building a town to earn money.
