I've seen a car I like on their website. I feel weird about paying for it before seeing it, but I know nothing about cars so I'm not sure that seeing it would make much difference - I might be better getting it delivered, asking the local garage to give it a once-over and then returning it if it's not what we want.
I'd be grateful for any experiences - recommendations or warnings!
