My ex has got a job an official on this time proper payroll the whole lot he has bigged it up to ds saying he will be paying more have more money for treats etc etc he kept asking me what he did about child maintenance I said call them and sort it out a month later he hasn't so I just have updated it and it says that it won't come into effect until the next review.....which is 12 months away so does that mean that he doesn't have to pay for 12 months? Why does he get 12 months off paying for his children? He has a horrible job record and usually loses his job within 6 months and that's working for himself! I know I should have low expectations but seriously? Is it too much to ask for it to be inline with his working? He can apply for a reduction if he loses his job I can't ask for an increase when he gets one?
I'm baffled I know I shouldn't count on it he is as reliable as a cheese crutch but I was kind of hoping for a warmer winter this year
