Night sweats 2 year old

My daughter has been having night sweats for about a year now, but have got more frequent snd more drenching over this time.
I’m crying myself to sleep.
She has lymph nodes up in her groin but there not over 1cm snd haven’t gone down in the 10 months.
She has frequent chest infections
Her night sweats leave her hair soaking snd her legs wet but her temperature is normal so she’s not hot.
Any advice please xxx

Stupid question but what is she wearing? We found - around the same age - that DD would be soaking wet with sweat when she wore anything polyester or polycotton in bed or we used it as bedding.

We swapped everything to pure cotton and the issue went away.

What has the GP said/investigated?

Does she mouth breathe and snore overnight?
Is she very restless?

She’s had bloods and an ultrasound on her groin. We were admitted into hospital so they can see her night sweats which they were taking her temperature throughout snd her temperature was normal so they said they would be more concerned if she had a fever with it (I don’t agree because when we’re hot we sweat) so it’s definately not to do with the room temperature or anything :( I can’t sleep I’m so worried I’m not being taken seriously xx
