Strange question re blood borne illness

Right, this is a bit odd, so I've name changed!

We were at the park with some friends recently and our toddler dcs were playing. The friend's dc fell over and cut his lip just a little bit, but enough to bleed a bit. He was swigging out of a bottle and then very kindly gave it to my dc to have a swig!

Would this be something I'd need to take dc to the doctors for? I know it's a weird one and possibly a massive overreaction or just very ignorant.

Does the other DC actually have a blood born illness?

If not, taking him to a doctor would be a monumental over reaction.

Sorry you what now ?

Unless you happen to know that the child has a blood borne illness which, is a highly highly unlikely scenario...

This is an absolutely massive insane over reaction.
