Mobile Hairdresser - how late is too late?

Currently still waiting for her to arrive, appointment time was 4.30.
She is usually late and has sometimes completely forgotten.
Is it time to start looking for someone else? Does it sound as if she doesn’t really want the work anymore?

I’d be messaging her after ten mins. That’s what my salon based hairdresser does to me if I’m late getting there so I suppose that’s what the trade expects is an acceptable delay.

Unless she is mobile accords a vast area on which case she may be in traffic and that’s delaying her if she can’t use her phone to let you know she’s in traffic.

If she does it all the time I’d tell her to her face if she’s late the next time she’s dumped.
