Wren Kitchens

Don't go near for now. Just had a kitchen delivered last week (Nov 3rd) with no appliances. We were incidentally informed by the delivery drivers which is nothing short of disgusting considering I have just parted with over £7k.
A week later and still no confirmed delivery dates for appliances. My wife and me previously agreed to take a poor quality Chinese dishwasher to get our goods on the agreed date. Customer services have taken minimum 30 minutes to answer calls when we phone. We will now have to pay an electrician to come back and fit the ovens when they arrive and then fit the hob when that arrives. Same thing for the kitchen fitter. Wren have offered us £99.00 as a good will gesture. That £99.00 would not cover the cost difference between the duff dishwasher and the one we were supposed to get. Do they really think I can get a tradesman over the door for £25.00. They don't care and keep blaming Bosch. It is not Bosch who took my money it was Wren. Wren have let me down.

I would take my money to a small local kitchen supplier where you are not just a number. I was contacted after a post to say my complaint had been passed to management. Still waiting on a response.

Just FYI, this problem isn’t specific to Wren. Due to Covid there’s a global shortage of semi-conductor chips so appliances can’t be manufactured, plus difficulties getting the appliances shipped from abroad. There are delays in getting all kinds of appliances from cookers to dishwashers, computers and even cars. Using a different company won’t alleviate the problems. Wren should have explained this to you.
