I'm looking for a frying pan whereby I don't need to use oil but that the frying pan does not have a coating on it.
can anybody advise please?

It looks like this ooh it still has a coating didn’t know

Ceramic pans are nonstick. Technically, the ceramic is coating the pan, but it’s not the usual toxic coating that frying pans used to have. It’s also better for the environment to have a pan made of natural materials

I think the coating is what makes it nonstick, surely?

We got my MiL Green Pan ones, they don't stick at all - they're great. So much so we're getting ourselves some

I was just commenting to DH this morning how much I love my ceramic pans. I make scrambled eggs in one every morning and when I scoop them out onto the plate, the pan is left practically clean. That's pretty much the ultimate non-stick test!

Thank you all. I think I'm going to check into the ceramic pans-
