Bleeding in 1st trimester

I just found out I am pregnant with twins but I’ve been bleeding for two weeks with some tissue. Im so scared I cry every time I wipe and see blood. Have this happened to anyone else and have you had a healthy pregnancy regardless?

I had bleeding on and off until around week 10 of my twin pregnancy. It was very scary at the time especially as I'd had a miscarriage before but ultimately it all worked out fine. They're 13 now. I seem to remember being told it was more common in twin pregnancies.
