What's going on in your house?

Dc are finally sleeping here. Trying to decide where to flop. On the sofa - I can watch telly, spend a bit of time with DH and have a glass of cider. Or in bed - which is warm and cosy and I am very tired. Could read a bit of my book.

House still a bit of a mess but that seems to be a permanent situation these days.

What's happening in your house?

DP and ds2 are just back from football training and getting something to eat.
Ds1 playing his xbox.
Baby dd sleeping in the cot and I'm lying in next to her. I try and get all the housework done before she goes to bed so I can go to bed too 🤣. Dog is sleeping at the side of the bed as always so if I want out I've got to go over to the other side as the cot and the dog block me in 🤣.

Dd2 is brushing her teeth before bed; she'll be down in a mo to get me to brush her hair. She could have done with going earlier tbh, after a major strop earlier, but she'd have had another strop & I couldn't be arsed with it 🤷‍♀️

Dd1 is watching Minecraft streamers on Twitch.

I've just put down my crochet. I'm tired & couldn't make my stitches add up properly. I'll do the bit I wanted to do tonight, in the daylight tomorrow.

Covid house here! Ds10, dd10, dp all positive. I am CEV so staying out the way, generally masked up and rubber gloves bleaching where they have been 😂. Dp quarantined in living room, twins in their rooms. They all got together today as got their pcrs back. Currently sat in kitchen waiting for about hour to pass so I can let dog out for a wee for his bedtime and get whatever everyone else needs. Dd15 and I negative so far

Hahhaa! House a mess is permanent... i know that feeling! I'm Sat waiting to watch corrie +1 with a bowl of rice pudding... baby is sleeping so sat listening to her snore on baby monitor

Waiting on 2nd batch of oat and raisin cookies baking in the oven (eggs got tomorrow's date on them so had to use them up). Had to sit down as will be 39 weeks pregnant tomorrow. Constantly going between needing to move to avoid getting stiff and needing to sit down as bump is getting too heavy!

Think dd fallen asleep as cant hear her usual phone cackling to pals. Ds1 playing online games with online pal. Ds1 and I watching a movie but he yawning a lot so a I predict will be asleep in 20 minutes. I will watch another movie when he goes up.

DH is decalcifying the kitty water fountain because apparently it’s relaxing.

I’ve got a full day of meetings in the city tomorrow so I’ve packed my laptop bag, made a lunch (am doing Protein Priority Diet so need to be prepared) and am now trying to choose an outfit before I go to bed and cuddle with girlcat before DH comes to bed.

DH is asleep on the sofa. DS2 is doing something online. DS3 is faffing, he's supposed to be watching his last video before bed. I'm lying on the bed, MNing, roleplaying on Twitter, talking on Discord with systemy friends, making Picrews and playing The Walking Dead.

Both DS in bed asleep, for how long I do not know.
Just had tea and toast and I’m getting ready to go up to bed, DP has just fallen asleep on the sofa so I need to give him a toe nudge and send him up to bed.

DC’s in bed, just sat down to eat my dinner! Then need to wrap DC1’s birthday presents ready for tomorrow, and blow up some balloons etc.

Dh is washing up rather loudly, dd (5) is fast asleep, ds (10) is still awake in his room being miserable, I've just got into bed because I don't feel great so I'm going to get comfy and find something on Netflix I can try and get lost in for a little while

DS (2) is fast asleep. DP has just settled on the opposite sofa with a box of sweets whilst our lab waits for one.

I've just had a small meal to curb my morning (well, evening) sickness and I feel terrible so going to head to bed soon.
Not very exciting in this house!
