Please help!
I've been on the depo for a year and a month and in the last 8 weeks have had three episodes of spotting (literally just when I wipe) with tonight being the third, and I also have period cramps and want to eat the entire world. I know that side effects of it can be no periods/light ones/heavy ones.
I've been on the pill (the one with a break) and the mini pill (no breaks) and think I've done Yasmin, Ovranette and can't remember the names of the others.
I know everyone is different but what works for you? Just after some advice before my consultation with my GP next week about going back on the pill.
