Hello! I’m wondering if anyone can offer some advice. I’m looking at career change and hoping to get into policy work preferably in the culture sector but just looking to get started anyway I can. I don’t have a degree and was hoping anyone who works in policy could offer some advice for entry level positions? I’ve applied for a couple apprenticeships but no luck and most other jobs want experience in a similar role TIA
