How far back can call centres go to relisten to customer calls?

I called a call centre in January and asked them to do something which they didn't do.

I'm about to call them to discuss this but before I do can anyone tell me how feasible it is that they'd still have a record of the call?

The company I used to work for kept them for 3 years

Things are often kept for six years since this is the period of time in which someone can make a contractual claim.
