I've been on 10mg of citalopram for anxiety for 4 weeks. I had horrible side effects going on it, still not over them, insomnia being the worst. Saw my Dr today and she is changing me to venlafaxine and told me to just do a direct switch to 37.5mg of venlafaxine.
Has anyone done this? Are there side effects from doing it that way? I'm over side effects and don't know how much more I can cope with.
