Preterm labour symptoms

Hi! I’m after some advice hopefully! I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about (I hope) as I’m only
31+1. However for the past 2 days I’ve had such bad lower back pain (worse than usual) and it really hurts when I turn in bed or get up on the sofa or out of bed etc. The pressure in my pelvis has also got much worse / heavier and kind of also feels bruised in a way? I’ve also had much looser bowel movements (diarrhoea). I also feel like I have loads of Braxton hicks (although I’m not sure what a normal amount is per day) as my stomach contracts a lot more lately (I’m aware because whilst it doesn’t hurt it does make my chest feel tight when it happens).

Call labour ward and get checked over. Former midwife.

Good luck.
