Liverpool - things to do for a weekend

That aren’t Beatles related.
Have a weekend booked with girlfriends, not a huge Beatles fan, is there much else there if interest?
Plan a wander around the docks and shops.
Struggling to get into restaurants, the Cowshed is booked any other recommendations? TIA

We went to the museum, the bunker where they masterminded the battle of the Atlantic in ww2, very interesting.

Tate and Bluecoat galleries.
Tapas at Lunya (amazing)
Shisha pipe in the square at Liverpool One

El Gato Negro if you want upmarket tapas and cocktails
Bundobust if you want casual but excellent Indian street food and craft beer.

Spa at the Titanic hotel?

Walk on Crosby beach to see the Anthony Gormley statues?

We had dinner & drinks in The Blind Boys School but I heard after that it has closed down?
Late night gin in Geniver - Lovely Georgian townhouse bar - again all pre-pandemic so not sure they've all survived
Visit the cathedral & Georgian quarter
