Swimming pools with water slides

Where are the best ones in the south-east? I can only find Bracknell. Looking for a cool pool to take my kids, ideally within an hour of north east London by car, with waterslides, wave machine etc

Guildford Spectrum is the only place I know of with slides, wave machine etc.

Leyton has a flume and some small slides, no wave machine though

There used to be a Splash Zone at Gullivers Land in Milton Keynes where there were indoor waterslides and things like that. It was good for the younger children imho.

Oasis has been closed a long time

Splashdown in Poole is just slides, no pool, my DS loves it. Bit far maybe.

This is the other place but might help: www.netmums.com/activities/the-best-swimming-pools-with-water-flumes

I am not sure if the one in Basingstoke is still open.

Bracknell is good but a long way for you to go. Maybe the one in Colchester would be an option, if still open?

Guildford Spectrum is fun but busy

SapphosRock · 07/11/2021 20:01

Weekend at center parcs. Woburn subtropical paradise is great.

Chickpea22 · 07/11/2021 20:06

Bracknell is much better than Guildford

When?

Why?

freshcarnation · 07/11/2021 20:35

Colchester?

BananaPie · 07/11/2021 20:38

Bromley. Not amazing but it has waves and flumes

Comedia · 07/11/2021 22:08

Oh thank you for this - Colchester looks good and is less than an hour from us.

It closed at the start of covid and quickly fell into disrepair. It’d been on the rocks for a long time. It’s very sad, it was a bit grotty and run down but was always fun (for those with a robust immune system)
