Anyone else STILL suffering from seasonal allergies in November?

Just that really. I usually have bad allergies in early spring then it's over for the year. This year I braced myself for the usual spring allergies but it didn't kick in until summer... and it still hasn't stopped! I've never had autumn allergies before and I'm starting to wonder if it's something in my house. My son is suffering too, but my DH and DD are fine.

Anyone else? I need some assurance it's at least within the realm of normal!

Yes, but only because I cleaned all the pollen and filth off my windows yesterday!
Check:
New or improved washing powder
Shower gel
Soaps
Perfume - did you buy a new one when you were taking antihistamines and now you're not?
Aftershave
Cleaning products

Yes, a pain isn't it?

I have something called Allergic Rhinitis. Basically Sneezing and a runny Nose, all year round. I have a prescribed Nasal spray to stop the symptoms, otherwise it drives me mad blowing my nose all the time.

Soap, perfume, shower gel, laundry detergent, etc. haven't changed. Cleaning products maybe, but the thought of trying to isolate which one sounds overwhelming. 😩 I don't know how to even get started with that. I keep hoping I'll just wake up one day and the allergies will be gone, like in normal years!

Yes I came home from a walk in the park a few days ago with a painful throat and runny nose. I felt better after taking a shower and putting my clothes in the washing basket.
Very sure it was caused by pollen allergy.
