Do you go to every single class party? We have so many they are every week! My class watsap blows up constantly with party invites with cascades of acceptances!

I think after last year of them all being cancelled its a priority for every child to have one this year Grin

I would feel awful as I have made excuses for some as there is nearly one every weekend now till xmas and I CBA sitting in a Childs play area for two hours when ive actually got shit to do!

We don’t now. Third child. With our eldest I accepted every invite. Our youngest goes to the ones for children that she is actually friends with. The children have lots of activities over the weekend, busy weeks and we would actually like to see some of our friends too.

If the kids want to go then you should go. It's 2hrs a week.
Do you have a partner so you could share the load? EOW you'd get 2-3hrs of time just for you?

@Pineapplequeen if you have a partner then take turns with who chaperones.

Its worse when it's matches, when they are older. Between Gaelic football, rugby, soccer...my weekends are now spent on a sideline plus nmid week evening training.
