Environmental Health states that you need a separate sink for hand washing to dishes. My question is - do you have two separate sinks in your kitchen or a sink and a half with draining board set up? If you have a big sink with a little sink at the side that surely isn't classes as separate sinks? Sorry if this sounds like a fatigued mumbling, but that's exactly what it is.
