Did your Covid booster make you feel grotty?

Had my booster (Pfizer) this morning (my original jabs were AZ and I felt dreadful after the first one,ok after the second)

I can barely move my arm now and I am starting to feel fluey. I know it will pass quickly but I'm surprised that it's making me feel rough when my second AZ didn't!

I had a reaction to my first AZ but not to my second. Had my booster a couple of weeks ago and felt OK other than a sore arm. I also had a swollen lymph node in one of my armpits for a few days.

I had mine Thursday and other than an achey arm for the rest of the day I haven't felt any different what so ever.

I was expecting a rough ride as honestly the majority of my colleagues who had it were off ill after for a day. We all have flu vaccine at the same time (NHS staff)

I even prepared myself with paracetamol and nice snacks at home but didn't need them as felt no different to normal. Still ate the snacks like.

Hope you don't feel rough! X

I had mine yesterday at 10.00am. By six pm I couldn't keep my eyes open. My arm is really sore and I have woken up with cold symptoms so am off for a lateral flow. Hopefully this will be the worst day and I will feel better tomorrow.

Both my previous were AstraZeneca and I reacted to both and my flu jab this year. Maybe I am just unlucky or that is the reason why I was prioritised for these and should feel lucky I haven't had Covid!

Turns out I have Covid :( No wonder I felt a bit rubbish. You aren't meant to get the booster within 28 days of a positive test.I was incubating it and very very positive today!
