This week I found I was going to be paid £400 for something I thought I did for free. I am smiling.

I love unexpectedly bumping into a friend and having a good old chin wag. This time last year I had to have a permit to leave the house so I appreciate every opportunity of bumping 🥰

Dh is away this weekend. He organised an online shop to be delivered this morning and included a few of my favourite treats

I had a cheese salad sandwich in a cafe today and it felt like going back in time to about 1995. They're all full of avocado and quinoa these days. It felt very joyful!

Another favourite of mine is when my parents mange to get the homework's all finished before I get home From work so I can just chill for the evening

So much happiness in such little things... it's important to remember that ❤️

A matching set of pajamas being clean at the same time, an ironed pillowcase, putting lip balm on when you really need it. That feeling you get when you've just dried your hair and your head feels all fresh, finding something you lost under the sofa, the first day you have energy after you've been ill, the joy of waking naturally.
