Are these bites on my dd? Going crazy over it!

My 9 year old came to show me that she had spots (about 10) most of them look like bites or pimples apart from one patch which looks like burst blood vessels so im assuming is not related at all.

I have spent the last few hours cleaning, looking for any evidence of fleas i flea combed the dog - nothing. My eldest daughter gets a terrible reaction to any kind of bite so im desperately trying to figure out what these are!

I have attached a pic of the bite/spots and also the other patch in case it is related somehow and not just a coincidence.

I dont think my dog is speaking to me and my house has never been so clean so any help would be appreciated!

The first one doesn't but the second pic does.

My middle son flares up to any bite too.

Just my eldest is 17 now but i still worry like crazy about bites of any kind. Over the summer she was bitten on a walk and her leg was hideously swollen and she needed two courses of antibiotics

The first one doesn't look like bites it looks like when you've carried something heavy and burst some tiny vessels under the skin .
The 2nd one is a bite though.

The first one looks like a bruise

The second one looks like a gnat bite or similar
The first one looks like when you hit yourself with a hairbrush to simulate a rash to stay off school.

Inthe - thats what i was thinking i probably wouldnt have even noticed it if i hadnt been looking for the others.

Marci- i dont think shes trying to get out of school - she has never been she is home ed

Could it just be a few pimples? Maybe she’s old enough.
