Bribery policies

My place of work has an anti-bribery policy as I think is required by law. I have to declare any gifts that I receive as a result of my work, small in value thank you gifts are ok, but if for instance I am offered an expensive overseas holiday I am required to turn it down.

I would be interested to learn if other workplaces are similar?

Mine does too but it's included in a wider conflict of interests policy. I imagine it's quite common to have one in public sector organisations?

Yes, we can’t accept anything above the value of a promotional pen or a cup of coffee during a meeting
