What does "intrigued" mean in recruitment lingo?

So I applied for this role at a a software company. I have more than 6 years experience in another company that set the "gold standard" for that sub-sector. My two last roles have been in different industries, but are relevant/same title as the one they're recruiting. I think I'm a strong candidate. The recruiter (who's a senior one) gets back to me all happy with a million exclamation marks, and states "she's intrigued" by my background. She also changed the role I applied for from junior to senior! What is all of this supposed to mean? I've had so many ups and downs that I don't want to have high hopes to then be shattered.

She doesn’t understand I think is what she means
Query the title change though, junior = less £

Ah maybe! I hope it's yeh senior one, I mean I was a senior once in my previous company. I was part of the team that more or less spearheaded the rules/regulations/policies that they're trying to bend/circumvent (that's their whole business model). The truth is that I wouldn't even had been able to apply for this role until my NDA expired, which just happened a few months ago.
