Why are there so few people in the audience tonight?

Because of covid.

That’s exactly how it’s been since it’s been back as a live audience.

I thought there were more last week. Haven't watched for ages before that.

The politicians just don't even try. Just slogan after slogan. Mentioned to DH the other night. Just. Come on. What's the point?

Yep it's crap since fiona Bruce took over because she's not a real journalist she's a newsreader/presenter with no real training or experience in journalism

She's biased, too soft and doesn't always pay attention

Most off putting

There are many wonderful female actual journalists who would make a great chair for this

Meanwhile newsnight is really really good and has been for ages now.
